Should the Bucs have fired Jon Gruden?

- I respect Gruden tremendously during his early work, but let's do a reality check. That was Dungy's team that beat Oakland. After it fell apart in 2003, we've had nothing but late-season collapses, uninspired recruitment and a schizophrenic quarterback rotation.
